Ok, I think you have local configured clients , so check for uncommented PORT entry in localclient.cfg on the client

  I have dropped the test several times and it keeps coming back.  Same goes for msgs, files and procs.

  I would say that the ports test is performed on the server. All 
  posrtinformation is sent from client to server and the tests in 
  hobbit-clients.log is performed, so:

  1. remove the PORT entry in hobbit-clients.cfg
  2. drop the test
