Disabled systems view

I'm not sure if this has come up before, but I have a customer where the 
network admins are finally getting the hang of disabling systems 
(instead of letting them sit red for days on end).

It might be a good feature to have a display to see which systems are 
disabled.

Maybe hang a menu item off the view menu, and display it like the 
non-green systems, but without the event log.
