It's already there. I think the problem that remains is to get the
CGI's to read the stripped-down bb-hosts file instead of the main
one.

But the real solution for this would be to move authentication and
authorization into Hobbit, so all of the web programs know what the
user is allowed to see. That, however, is a much larger change.
