BBWin fsmon.vbs external script issue

Hi,

I'm trying to get the fsmon vbs script working, but it won't get 
updated. Only when I manually enter 'cscript fsmon.vbs' from cmd it 
works. I've added the following to bbwin.cfg:

<externals>
	<load value="cscript fsmon.vbs" timer="15m" />
</externals>

Also tried different combinations like 'ext/fsmon.vbs', 'ext\fsmon.vbs' 
and '..\ext\fsmon.vbs'. None works. What to do?
