[hobbit] Ping test running long

I had a problem just like this when using Hobbitping. If at the command
line I used Hobbitping the response times were normal (5ms or so) while on
the WWW pages I would see something like 100ms or 250ms. I simply switched
to fping and this problem went away.
You may also want to confirm it is pinging the right IP address. Click on
the face/shape of the test for that host and it will say "response from
x.x.x.x".
