No, I'm thinking this through before trying to implement it.

What do you mean by this?  Does Centralization mode not work at all?
Does it work on the BBWin side, but there's no support for it in Hobbit,
or what?

Not really, purely because I'm wanting to see if this works before I
waste time trying something that's not gonna have a chance at working.

What does "Centralization" mode in BBWin actually achieve right now, and
what are the plans for its future?
