[hobbit] xgetenv: Cannot find value for variable SERVICE

This was what happened,

bash-3.00$ grep SERVICE *
bulletin_header:                { text: "bbtest", url: 
"/hobbit-cgi/bb-hostsvc.sh?HOST=hobbit.test.com&SERVICE=bbtest" },

bash-3.00$

I think I got "&SERVICE" from copy the link directly from Hobbit Server 
page.
