Set MAXMSG_CLIENT=1024 and MAXMSG_STATUS=512 in hobbitserver.cfg, then
restart Hobbit.

Note that this changes how Hobbit uses shared memory, so depending on
your OS you might have to tune some kernel parameters. If Hobbit fails
to start after making this change, that is what you should look into.
