You have a typo here----^ you have to insert a ':' after the MAX
> GPRINT:avg:MIN: \: %5.1lf%s (min)
> GPRINT:avg:AVERAGE: \: %5.1lf%s (avg)\n
> GPRINT:probe1:LAST:Average Temp \: %5.1lf%s (cur)
> GPRINT:probe1:MAX \: %5.1lf%s (max)
Same here------------------^
> GPRINT:probe1:MIN: \: %5.1lf%s (min)
> GPRINT:probe1:AVERAGE: \: %5.1lf%s (avg)\n
> GPRINT:probe2:LAST:Average Temp \: %5.1lf%s (cur)
> GPRINT:probe2:MAX \: %5.1lf%s (max)
And here-------------------^
> GPRINT:probe2:MIN: \: %5.1lf%s (min) (avg)\n
> GPRINT:probe2:AVERAGE: \: %5.1lf%s

Fixing the typo's, the defined graph should appear...
