[hobbit] AIX 4.3.3 going purple on netstat test after 3-5 day s

The ~client/tmp/msg.<hostname>.txt file doesn't get updated.

I just looked at the graph, and it appears that the command hung for 5
hours, came back for 13 hours, and hung again (has been hung for 4
hours)
