Hobbit alert URL in emails (Re: [hobbit] Running Hobbit on custom apache port)

*sigh*  Yet again I ask a question and almost immediately figure it out 
after I have already sent it.
The fix is to edit BBWEBHOST in hobbitserver.cfg (changing http to https).
