[hobbit] Build Error on HP-UX for 4.2.0

Change the hobbit-4.2.0/Makefile - at the bottom after the line

   # Add local CFLAGS etc. settings here

you just add this line:

   CFLAGS += -DBROKEN_HPUX_NETDB
