[hobbit] Passive FTP test?

Okay, I can't seem to find how you implement this. (Typically, I've
only modified the bb-hosts file.)

it depends on how confident you want to be. a true active test will tell
you a real user can log in and do their stuff, while [port] and [procs]
can only tell you 'probably'.
