I thought about using views but wouldn't I come to the same difficulty
in trying to use a "NAME:" or "COMMENT:" on one view but not the main
view?

I did something similar using pagesets. I created a pageset that listed
servers by their primary function like this:
fnpage APPSERVER Application Servers
fnpage MQS MQ Series
fnpage ORACLE Oracle
fnpage SQLSERVER SQL Server
fnpage WEBSERVER Web Servers
Added "Functional view" to the views menu and was all set. This seems to
work pretty well, my DBA's like it.
Thanks,
