The hobbit-alert.cfg file allows you to specify as script for
notifications. If you can code up snmptrap or Net::SNMP for letting the
Concord software know what's up you should be sweet.
Check out the comments in (or manpage for) hobbit-alerts.cfg for details of
what info you can pick up from the environment variables supplied to your
script.
