[hobbit] RC5 available on sourceforge

Added the following definition to the generated makefile, 'Makefile',
to get it to compile. Henrik, feel free to correct this.
PATH_MAX = 256
and edited build/Makefile.rules to add in the path max statement
CFLAGS += -DMAXMSG=$(MAXMSG) -DBBDPORTNUMBER=$(BBPORT)
-DPATH_MAX=$(PATH_MAX) -I. -I$(BUILDTOPDIR)/include
