Install Errors

Greetings,

When trying to install Hobbit RC4 over an existing RC2 install I get the
following error:

I am installing on a G5 xserve running OS X server 10.3.8. I am compiling
using gmake 3.8.0. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
