    <p>I assume you mean MD5sum, not mdstat which is generally checking
      that status of your MD (linux software RAID).</p>

        simultaneously, but that's not efficient.

            there, the first for a server side ext (monitoring some

            to run on the server.  Note the different environment
            variables, esp XYMONHOME (server side ext) vs
            XYMONCLIENTHOME (client side ext)</div>
