<p>I’m trying to monitor for the existence of some files. I have the entries in client-local.config, and when the files exist they are being reported back properly. I can see the data about each file when I click on it in the files area
for the server. The problem comes when the files don’t exist. The files entry for the server remains green, but when I click on the file that I’m monitoring it says ERROR: No such file or directory. So Xymon client is sending back that it doesn’t exist,
but yet Xymon is still green. </p>

<p>From the man-page, Xymon is supposed to send an alert if the file doesn’t exist… So the only thing I can think of is that my analysis.cfg entry is wrong somehow.
