Sometimes I’m getting red with purple. Attached screenshot. The processes sshd and crond are actually running including xymonclient.</p>

Adding to below, when the procs become purple, files and msgs column becomes grey and cpu column doesn’t show top command output. It shows only graph</p>

There is no issue with the process. I’ve checked the processes on the server and they are actually running and the Xymon client is running as well. I’ve restarted the xymon client but still it shows purple and sometimes red with purple. This happens intermittently.</p>
