take a look at the XYMONGENOPTS in xymonserver.cfg.<br>
I think you need to add ' --tooltips=never ' there.<br>
- From the manpage of xymongen:<br>

Determines which pages use tooltips to show the description of the host (from the COMMENT entry in the hosts.cfg(5) file). If set to always, tooltips are used on all pages. If set to<br>
