<p class="MsoNormal">The 403 error is from the access control modules in Apache. Probably you will find that configuration under /etc/apache2/conf.d/xymon.conf or in some of the config files under /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You might have IP-restrictions or some authentication scheme that block your access.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Look for ”Deny”, ”Allow” or ”Require” statements in the files mentioned above.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Appreciate any help. I have apache2 (Ubuntu version) installed and web server processes are running under www-data UNIX user. Xymon web directory is owned by xymon UNIX user, however with 755 permission. Hence I do not
see any issue with www-data user having access to xymon web directories. Is any other security settings that needs to be done?</span></p>
