<p>I was poking around in the source after pulling down the latest version.  I noticed a TODO file in the docs folder (interestingly it mentions the SMTP issues recently brought up on the list).  I see that the timestamp on that file is 2011.  I'm just curious

 how much (if any) of that list as been completed, how much is still relevant since it seems to be based on an email from 2005, and if it's referenced when adding/fixing features.<br>
