want a package not the source. This is a single machine. I
don’t have any other Ubuntu servers. It’s not my machine, I
just have to have xymon monitor it. I am not in a position

You could probably install a newer version of the xymon client
from a newer ubuntu repo. The latest client in the repos seems to be
4.3.17_6<br>
