Unfortunately, it is probably because our web server is SSO enabled and needs a user name and password. I’m probably not much more help, but if you haven’t already I’d check the apache logs to see that the request to server-status is coming in, returning a 200, etc, and then compare rrdtool dumps from the working and non-working servers. Then I copied the relevant bb-hosts configuration tags (http, apache, TRENDS) from that host to another two with changes to hostnames. The app admin made the necessary changes to the apache server. The server-status request works from a browser on both of the servers in question (running the browser on the Xymon server). There are apache.rrd files in the data/rrd directory, and the graphs appear on the trends page, but in there is no data being graphed.
