I believe at the time of our need for commercial support, VM Assite Inc.'s service was not available at that time.<BR>

We went with TWW for their software packaging service but the technical support part<BR>
was dropped and it is hard to get the budget back given current economic situation<BR>
that every company is facing.<BR>
