Agree, one thing I like IRC about is the TCP oriented chatting(communication).<BR>

You get yes or no answer. not like email(UDP broadcasting), you don't know <BR>

the recepients actually read the email of your request/questions.<BR>

I was able to use Xchat(for windows) to pass internal firewall.<BR>

but beaware it will show your company's firewall domain address.<BR>

Another way is to use command line irc client from one's home network.<BR>
