alert configuration...<br>

Is it an ONLY deal, an AND deal, or an OR deal... this is to say, if

you put "NOTICE" on a line, does it match ONLY notice alerts, only

those alerts which are also NOTICE alerts, or does it match the usual

stuff plus NOTICE alerts?<br>
