<DIV>Admin1 acknowledges alert - logs call with disk vendor - vendor says
replacemnt arriving in 10 hours.</DIV>
<DIV>Admin1 updates alert with vendor Call number, sets alert ot 24 hours.</DIV>
<DIV>24 hours go by, disk not replaced yet, alert back to red, acknowledgemnt is
gone.</DIV>
<DIV>Admin2 needs to know what Admin1 did.</DIV>
