<div>A disk fails on a raid array. Raid test goes red.</div>
<div>Admin1 acknowledges alert - logs call with disk vendor - vendor says replacemnt arriving in 10 hours.</div>
<div>Admin1 updates alert with vendor Call number, sets alert ot 24 hours.</div>
<div>24 hours go by, disk not replaced yet, alert back to red, acknowledgemnt is gone.</div>
<div>Admin2 needs to know what Admin1 did.</div>
