I am using "linux quotas" on Centos 5.1 (a RHEL derivative). I've never heard of NetApp.  The command I'm using to check the quotas are edquota and repquota.  I had to stick in the quota options in /etc/fstab too.  Does this help confirm I'm using the right quotas?

Dunno if that helps, but it might give you a place to start.  How does the

system tell you the users are exceeding their quotas??<br>
