alert action happens when it's supposed to, but the admin does not
receive the special tiny-size SMS. Instead he receives the large-size
email that MAIL FORMAT=TEXT would generate, which his phone service
splits up into four separate messages. Has anyone else seen this? Is
there something subtle I'm doing wrong?</font></span></div>
