<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I am running the 4.2 client as a pkg install on several solaris 8 servers</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I cannot get the files, msgs, ports or procs to work. They are white. The client log has this: " Failed to get a message, terminating" every 5 minutes</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I compiled the client source on a solaris 8 server (it's not working there either) and created a solaris pkg to install on the other servers</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The client pkg works fine on the solaris 10.</FONT>
