<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Well, I was able to work around this problem by pointing at another DNS server.  It turns out that I had a few hosts that would not resolve.  At least they don't resolve on the DNS server that I changed over to.</FONT></P>


<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">What made me suspicious was that the last entry in the log file was something about "Got DNS…." which ceased after the last good host.</FONT></P>


<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">So, Henrik, the timeout on the ARES code is not working any more?  Or is not reliable?</FONT>
