[Xymon] Question about hobbit-plugins (apt and libs)

That depends on how you decide what software to install. In any case, if 
you look at the ext script itself, you will see that you can add these 
special packages to a file, and they will be excluded from the check. 
You can then still monitor if other unexpected packages are replaced.

It means that libraries that mysql is using have been updated, but mysql 
itself hasn't been restarted, so it isn't using the new version of those 
libraries. (ie, mysql might still be vulnerable to whatever security or 
bug was fixed). To resolve this, just restart the process identified. 
You could of course, delay that restart to your maintenance window as 
needed.

So where were they installed from? I'm assuming the versions you are 
using are somewhat similar to what I am using from the standard debian repo.
