[Xymon] Xymon 4.3.17 released

Hi,

another Sunday - another release. (Well, not quite - I skipped last Sunday).

4.3.17 is available on Sourceforge in a few moments.

This version solves a bug where scheduling an "enable" or "disable" of a 
test would crash xymond.

Apart from that, it also includes a series of minor fixes for problems 
with building Xymon - especially in a client-only configuration - on 
Solaris.
