[Xymon] Keep getting 403 Forbidden on /xymon

Nope, this is everything in the apache logs after I start it up and hit
http://localhost/xymon/.  From what I read the mod_heartmonitor line
doesn't appear to have anything to do with xymon and is common out of box
for Fedora 17+.
