[Xymon] SSH test checks too often for a device

Thanks Neil.  However, the method you use affects all xymonnet tests for
the tagged server(s), not just the one causing you timeout problems.  In my
case, it's unacceptable because it would delay more critical tests like
ping tests, and it would take longer for me to find out when a server has
gone off-line.

I just wish xymonnet supported a command-line switch to specify a list of
tests to include and/or exclude.  Then I could do something like this:

[sshnormal]
        CMD xymonnet --report --ping --checkresponse --tests:ssh
        INTERVAL 5m

[sshslow]
        CMD ssh -c 'XYMONNETWORK=sshslow xymonnet --report --ping
--checkresponse --tests:ssh'
        INTERVAL 10m

or similar.
