[Xymon] Dividing Line

It sort of works in xymon-4.3.7.  The problem is that it comes out in a
<td> block, so it's only the width of the block label.  It's going to take
a code change in xymongen/pagegen.c

BTW, text color-change using <font> tags seems to work...  :-)
