[Xymon] Generate page with specific graphs for all hosts?

Hi Mike,

finally I had a look at that (very hacky) script. I cleaned it up a bit 
but it's still very ugly w/ a mix of hardcoded paths, manual sourcing of 
xymonserver.cfg, ...

Anyway: the basic idea is to construct URLs like the following

http://xymon.com/xymon-cgi/showgraph.sh?host=blixen.hswn.dk&service=tcp:conn&graph_width=864&graph_height=180&disp=blixen.hswn.dk&nostale&color=green&graph_start=1356449415&graph_end=1356708615&action=view

And wrap 'em with `xymonpage` to construct a complete (xymon) page.

As a starting point the attached "multigraph-public.sh" might help.
