[Xymon] Reasons to upgrade

Support for holidays and a disk space inode check on some platforms
are the two reasons I'm planning to upgrade. There are some more
related to the disable and acknowledgement features that I can't
recall right now. The CHANGELOG I'd think has some of this info, or
the README.
