[Xymon] 4.3.3 nongreen host.cfg DESCR tag issue

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the pointer.  I was searching last night, but must have been to
tired to see this thread.

I agree. I would like to see an option for xymongen to either turn off this
behavior or revert back as well.  It makes the page ugly and hard to use.
