[xymon] How do I IGNORE CPU alerts for specific hosts?

Try splitting out the CPU service with EXSERVICE=cpu in the current spec,
then have a second one with SERVICE=cpu, and on that second one include an
EXHOST=directive like:

EXHOST=%host1|host2|host3
