Problem with Hobbit URL

Hello,

I´ve installed Hobbit on Debian Linux Kernel 2.2.26 with Apache2 web 
server like described under 
http://hobbitmon.sourceforge.net/docs/install.html.

Now I have a problem with the last step: http://your.server/hobbit/
Here I will not get the Hobbit start page.
What I see is:



Does anyone have an idea what´s wrong with my installation/configuration?
