[hobbit] Sun Grid Engine monitoring

Ok! well I run mrtg too so I can do that. Also I thought I try creating 
graphs for  the sge.sh when
it's implemented.   I've done custom graphs before (clearcase).
As I said I know little about SGE and the SGE support person knows 
little about hobbit.
