[hobbit] Strange "problem" with refreshes

I use Firefox 2.0.0.6 on Linux.

While it may be related, it isn't entirely a browser issue, as 
using the same browser (just a different tab) works fine with my Big 
Brother server.

What is the behavior for others?  Do others not get forced to the top upon 
refresh.  (Automatic or manual has the same behavior.)
