[hobbit] Keeping menus viewable

Look under the /path/to/hobbit/server/web folder.  That's where the 
files used to create the pages (in conjunction with the compiled in 
stuff) are at.  Most of the header/footer files are probably just 
symlinks to bb_header or bb_footer.
