The hobbit server install will also install the client on the same machine
and the hobbit server start script will, by default, start the client.

Why the first install doesn't behave in this way could be down to the way
you configured it!

You are asking a lot of random questions without giving any detail - I would
suggest you read the doucmentation (online help and man pages) before
posting here.
