server-side-processing vs client-side-process hobbit client

I have a huge text file(20M) that need to be monitored for offending 
keywords.
Can I still use server-side-processing hb client ? or I need use 
client-side-processing  hb client ?
Will server-side-processing hb client send 20M file to hobbit server ?
