You could look at the source, and you would realize that the answer to your first question is "no" and that the answer to the second question is "not unless you write a script to create and send the email yourself and call it for the alarms that you want to send email for..."

Hello Hobbits,

my last post was perhaps simply overseen, because I can't believe, that nobody knows something about my question. Or did I miss a chapter in the Manual?

By using the "info" Column you can easily disable a System for a planned downtime. However, I would like to inform a group a people about this automatically by sending an eMail directly, when the Downtime is scheduled.
Is there a way to do so?

And is there a general way, to change the Look & Text of an Alert eMail?
